3. Data Sharing & Disclosure (Carrier Compliance)
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. Opt-In & Opt-Out
Opt-In: By providing your phone number and checking the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from us. Message frequency varies based on your service requests.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance.

1. Program Description
By opting into the Notary on the Go-tary mobile messaging service, you agree to receive text messages related to your requested notary and loan signing appointments. These messages may include appointment confirmations, arrival time updates, document reminders, and follow-up communication regarding your specific service request.
Customers opt-in to our SMS program through a contact form on our website (notaryonthegotary.com or during the initial service inquiry process. On the website form, users provide their phone number and must check an un-pre-ticked box stating: "I agree to receive SMS messages from Notary on the Go-tary for appointment updates and coordination. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt-out. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms." A link to the Privacy Policy is provided directly below the opt-in checkbox.
2. Frequency of Messaging
Message frequency varies depending on the number of appointments scheduled and the complexity of the signing. You will typically receive 1-3 messages per transaction.
3. Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. Notary on the Go-tary does not charge for sending or receiving text messages. Please check with your mobile service provider for details on your plan’s pricing.
4. Opt-Out and Help
To Stop: You may opt out of this service at any time. To stop receiving messages, text STOP to (907)300 2733. You will receive a final confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed.

5. Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers (such as AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We aim to provide timely updates, but message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.
